MMA is the future of combat sports, and is one of the most functional ways of getting into peak shape.
These women only classes are unique and taught by an experienced female instructor. These classes are suitable for all levels and a fantastic opportunity for women to train MMA, learn self defence and get fit in a safe, fun and friendly environment. The classes consist of a variety of drills and exercises such as pad work, circuits and technique & fitness drills.
