*All GREEN Classes are Beginner Friendly

KICKBOXING - This class is suitable for all levels and is a great starter class if you have no previous martial arts experience.
The session incorporates a mix of strikes such as punches, kicks, knees and elbows, along with footwork and defence. It includes pad work, learning technique, fitness exercises and light contact drills.

GRAPPLING - this class is suitable for all levels. For beginners that would rather learn the ground game first, it is a great session to start with.
This session involves drills and exercises based on learning submissions, sweeps and transitions on the ground.

BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU (BJJ) - this class is similar to the grappling class however a 'Gi' Jacket is worn.
This is a great session for those wanting to follow a more traditional martial arts route and progress through the BJJ belt system.

MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) - this class covers areas of all the other classes, it is a session that blends the kickboxing, wrestling and grappling together.


WOMENS MMA & FITNESS this is a women only class taught by a female instructor,  the class covers all of the basic areas of MMA, consisting of pad work, technique and fitness drills.  This class is suitable for all levels of fitness and ability. Click HERE for more details on these classes.

SHOOTBOXING SPARRING - this is an all sparring class. It involves rounds of kickboxing and shoot boxing sparring.

MMA SPARRING - this is an all sparring class. It involves rounds of Cage Wrestling and full MMA Sparring.

***For safety all sparring classes require an assessment of ability prior to first class. A mouth guard and groin guard is also required. Contact us for more details.
