A 6 week beginners course, specifically designed to cover all the fundamental areas of Mixed Martial Arts. A great opportunity to train alongside other beginners in a safe and friendly environment under professional coaching.
There are 2 classes per week, a Kickboxing class (Mon 8pm) and a Grappling Class (Wed 8pm).
In the Kickboxing Class you will learn all the basic punches and kicks, along with moving and defending. The classes will involve pad work and light contact drills.
In the Grappling Class you will learn take downs, ground positions, transitions and basic submissions. The classes will involve movement exercises, technique and live drills.
By the end of the course you will be able to utilise the fundamental techniques in live sparring and be ready to take part in more advanced classes.
